Guidelines for Determining the Relevance of Adult Content
These guidelines provide criteria for evaluating content that includes expressions deemed adult-oriented by our company.
Article 1 (Content Containing Adult Expressions)
"Content containing adult expressions" refers broadly to content that may hinder the sound development of minors under the age of 18, including:
① Cruel expressions
② Violent expressions
③ Obscene or indecent expressions (sexual expressions)
Article 2 (Handling Method)
The company shall evaluate the content and its intensity in accordance with the methods specified by the company. If the content contains excessive expressions, or if it includes offensive or discriminatory language, the company reserves the right to delete such posts without prior notice to the poster.
Article 3 (Assessment Criteria)
1. Whether the content constitutes adult expression shall be determined based on the following assessment criteria.

・Extremely minimal clothing (assuming it still serves the function of clothing; same applies hereafter)
・Depictions that emphasize the genitals, buttocks, or nipples over clothing
・Content where nipples, buttocks, pubic area (including hair nudes), or genitals are intentionally concealed using mosaics or similar editing
・Works featuring any of the following poses or compositions—even when the nipples, buttocks, pubic area, or genitals are not exposed due to natural concealment by clothing, underwear, swimwear, etc.
① A composition looking upward between widely spread legs (one or both), or compositions emphasizing the genitals or buttocks
② A pose where the individual lifts their skirt or shirt (or where it is lifted by natural forces like wind), with visible underwear
③ A pose with arms behind the head pushing the chest outward, lifting the breasts, or bending forward to emphasize the buttocks, where the emphasized breasts or buttocks are a main visual motif of the work
・Suggestive expressions of ecstasy (e.g., the so-called "ahegao" face)
・Any other content that the company deems to fall under adult-oriented expressions

・Direct depictions of sexual acts involving nudity (intercourse, simulated intercourse, or actions involving touching exposed genitals, anus, or nipples).
・Visibility of the outline or coloration of nipples, buttocks, genital area, or sex organs due to wet clothing, see-through underwear/swimwear, etc.
・Sexually suggestive acts (not necessarily intercourse) that appear violent or involve non-consensual touching or embracing.
・Any other content that the company deems to fall under excessive adult expression.

※ Simulated Sexual Acts: Sexual activities that, in substance, can be regarded as equivalent to sexual intercourse.
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, content created with deepfakes or otherwise likely to be mistaken for real footage that depicts a person who is or appears to be a minor engaging in:
① sexual intercourse, simulated sexual acts, or masturbation;
② touching of genitalia, etc.; or
③ depictions emphasizing or exposing genitalia, buttocks, nipples, etc. (commonly referred to as “child pornography”)
is strictly prohibited from being posted, regardless of the actual existence of such person or the subjective intent of the poster.
3. The Company shall assess content containing adult expressions based on the criteria specified in Article 1. While posts that fall under “normal expressions” may be permitted, posts that fall under “excessive expressions” may be removed without prior notice to the poster. Even posts categorized as “normal expressions” may be removed at the Company’s discretion without prior notice if they contain two or more factors listed under “excessive expressions.”
4. In addition to the above, the Company reserves the right to remove any content without prior notice if it determines, based on societal norms, that such removal is appropriate.
Article 4 (Amendments to the Guidelines)
Amendments to these guidelines, their publication, and any matters not stated herein shall be governed by the provisions of the separately established “pAInter Terms of Use”
